+What kind of information do I need to provide?
We will need basic information that you probably have at hand. These are bank statements, pay stubs, identification, auto title or other collateral if applicable.

+How long is this going to take?
We work quickly on the approval process and strive to get you an answer the same day.

+Do you charge a fee if I make my payment online?

If you choose to make your consumer loan payment online using a debit or credit card, you will be charged a $4.95 electronic transaction fee (also known as a convenience fee) which is paid to the third party vendor for processing the payments. In order to avoid this fee, you can make your payment via cash, check, check by phone, auto draft or come to the office to make a debit/credit card payment.


+Will you keep my information confidential?
Absolutely. Coastal Finance Company does not sell our customer’s information. CFC has policies in place to protect your personal information.

+Is this process going to be embarrassing?
No. We will make you feel right at home and welcome. We understand that finances can be a sensitive topic. We treat you and your situation the way we want to be treated.

+Do you report to the credit bureau?
Yes. Your credit history and personal information is reported to Equifax around the first business day of each month.

+How much money can I borrow?
We will do everything possible to lend you the highest amount that will meet your needs and your situation. Our guidelines allow us to take all factors into consideration, such as collateral, payment terms, your ability to repay, etc. to get you into the most generous loan program possible.
